How does the free trial work?

Self-registration starts a free trial of the core clinical modules with a capped number of users and patients - no card required. At the end of the trial you can upgrade to a paid plan from your dashboard; your data is preserved during the grace window.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrades take effect once payment is verified. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is always preserved.

Which currencies and payment methods are supported?

Prices are shown and charged in Nigerian naira (NGN). We accept card, bank transfer, USSD and mobile money via Paystack.

Is my data secure and compliant?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The platform is built for the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and NDPR in Nigeria, with role-based access control and a tamper-evident audit trail on every clinical record. See our Privacy page for detail.

Can I export my data and integrate other systems?

Yes. All plans include CSV export. Statutory reporting and DHIS2 aggregate export are part of the mandatory reporting module included with every plan, and the FHIR R4 API is available to any plan (access is controlled by role-based permissions, not tier) for interoperability with national HMIS and other health information systems.

Can we connect our lab analyzers, monitors and imaging equipment?

Yes. Every plan includes the connected-device registry and Device Inbox: laboratory analyzers (ASTM / HL7), vital-signs monitors and CTG (HL7 ORU), imaging equipment (DICOM modality worklist + PACS), Bluetooth vitals devices, and cold-chain temperature loggers. Device data always goes through a staff review step before it reaches a chart, and every workflow also works fully with manual entry - no device is ever required. Access to each data type follows your plan's modules (for example, dialysis-machine sessions need the dialysis module).
